How we handle refunds and software delivery
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us as early as possible.
Several types of goods and services are exempt from being refunded. Such as educational materials. This means that you will be parially refunded on the Trader Package and partially refunded on the Unlimited Package if you requested a refund within your first 7 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is received. we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once you purchase one of our services, it is expected to take sometime, usually between a few hours to 72 hours. If you paid and 72 hours have passed and you still have not been able to access our services, please contact us at email@example.com. Notice, your subscription or service start access date would be the date of purchase.
